COMMUNITY EMERGENCY SERVICE DROP 11/14

We're headed back to Community Emergency Service for our next group bike drop event on the morning of Saturday, November 14th! We partnered with CES back in July for our very first group drop and we were able to haul over 700 pounds of donations. Since then, Bikes & Bites has grown drastically and we're hoping to surpass that amount this month.

The CES Food Shelf provides direct aid relief, advocacy, and referral to people and families in need around the Twin Cities. We're honored to work with them again and we hope to provide more food/hygiene items as well as winter supplies like clothes and blankets to folks in need! The holidays are right around the corner and aid is urgently needed right now more than ever.

Check out the supplies needed list below and send it out to your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers! We've been struggling to keep up our supply inventory as donations have slowed dramatically in recent weeks. Just one or two donated items per household really adds up and makes a huge difference. We'll keep you updated as needs change before the event! Be sure to follow us on Instagram & Facebook @bikesandbitesmpls to see daily updates. If you'd prefer to make a monetary contribution and have us pick up supplies on your behalf, feel free to Venmo us @bikesandbitesmpls.

Hoping to see you all on the 14th. Stay tuned for details on a Thanksgiving morning group bike ride!
